Air flow will be much better with aftermarket air filter pero it will depend what type or model you are getting kasi there are some brands that are not good.

Use HKS Super Power Flow Reloaded, then have a heat shield made so that it won't suck in the hot air coming from the radiator fan.

we've got a reloaded set in the shop but you're going to have to have an adaptor made so you can use it with the maf.

the big hks reloaded filter is 9000, the small one is 7500.
the adaptor should be around 1500-2500 in titan. not sure lang exactly. heatshield i'm not too sure siguro it'll depend on the amount of metal needed to make it.
